Can London politicians be as courageous so that all Londoners can benefit from a quieter, greener and safer city?
Groningen has 30,000 students and their love for a social, cheap and independant mean of transport has favourised the development of cycling in the city. Could London politicians do more for the 375,000 students living in our metropolis, and through them, creating a critical mass that would make the city an exemplar giant cycling heaven?
